To install your purchased high quality Mp3 file to your Ipad or Iphone.

Download onto your computer first( Desktop or Laptop)  - then sync it to your iPhone, iPad, etc

Once the Mp3 File is downloaded to your computer you can now sync( add) the file to you Ipad or Iphone, etc.

How to Sync your Ipad or Iphone, etc To your Computer? 

Connect your Ipad or Iphone ( usb) power cable to your usb connection on your Computer.

 

"You should see a message on your Computer showing that your device( Iphone or Ipad) is connected"

You can now copy the file( Mp3) from it's downloaded location on your Computer,  to your Iphone or Ipad,  or other Device.
